Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Delivery

We source our products through our fulfillment partner, Zopi. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
  • Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $50

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Under Par Discount Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your package has been delayed for more than 30 business days, please contact us at ContactUnderParDiscountGolf@gmail.com, and our team will assist you with a resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
