Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Delivery
Since we source our products from Zopi, estimated shipping times vary based on location:

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

• Other International Locations: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders below this threshold will have a flat shipping rate of $150
Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost (contact us for details).

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to reflect in the system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Under Par Discount Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your package is delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us at ContactUnderParDiscoutGolf@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
