Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at UnderParDiscountGolf.com. We want you to love your golf gear, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to package and return your item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Gift cards and final sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
